What’s up Gautamanation?
So I’m going to do my best to give y’all an intimate look at life as Atlanta’s favorite Hiphop vagabond. As I prepare for a trip to Washington DC this weekend for The Bring Your A Game Tour’s final engagement of 2009 I will give you day by day updates to show y’all how I get ready to rock.
Monday November 30th (5 days til showtime)
It’s raining in Sandy Springs, got a little extra sleep this morning as my body recovers from the extreme workout my physical trainer roomate put me through on Saturday and as my emotions recover from the Steelers heart breaker of a loss in Baltimore last night (funny side note, this weekend’s trip is going to take me to Baltimore for a radio interview, of all the weeks the Steelers have to loose, it’s gotta be to the Ravens a week before I visit Baltimore, wow, I think they call that irony, or something) I updated my social networking sites all morning which took longer than neccessary because I did it on my phone which is not some fancy schmancy iPhone or Black Berry, it doesn’t even have a full keyboard. Anyway after that, grabbed some coffee and worked on some final edits to my in-progress BRAND NEW ALBUM Few Against Many after that, I scooted to the Sandy Springs Public Library and did the afternoon round of updates, checked all three email addresses and typed up this masterpiece of internet journalism. The main thing on today’s agenda is rehearsal. After I get off of this computer, I’m going to catch the #5 MARTA bus to Dunwoody Station and catch a southbound train to Lindbergh Station to meet up with my long time parters in rhyme, Quanstar, Evaready RAW and Metrognome (aka United Underworld.) We are going to figure out exactly what the best strategy will be to put DC on full force SMASH!!! I know I have some brand new material I’m itching to play for folks so we’ll see how it goes…
…this may sound mundane and trivial to some of you but some people think my life is fascinating, plus this is my blog and I do what I want
Tune in tomorrow for my account of riding public transit to Buford, as I go break my back a little to finance this revolution.
PEACE
